- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people is full of it I hate I went through this bank for a car loan after reading the horrible reviews. This bank is doing exactly what 80% of the reviews was saying. Claiming they never received my car payment or I'm so far behind. I've had my car for 2 years I was late only 2 times in those 2 years. I have all my stubs from my money orders but this rude lady keeps saying what some computer is saying like really so now they wanna come repo my car their full of it.By Lauren Smith, March 15, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have poor customer service regarding conflict resolution. They do not communicate effectively, it is 2017 and they don't even have the capabilities to send e-mails to their customers?!? They may offer a lower auto finance rate than some companies but if you experience any financial hardship such as a layoff you can forget the whole theory of what a credit union is supposed to represent. I was late twice, late not missed payments but late. Long story short after having payments auto drafted on time every month for 2.5 years two late payments caused them to repossess my car. I had to pay $875 for the repo fee in addition to extra fees when I picked my car up from the lot. I don't think that is good business practice when you have customers who have been consistent. If public transportation was available for the city I worked in I would've have let them keep the car because of their shady business practices. I'm sure they won't address any reviews which actually speaks volumes about the company and their lack of concern about their reputation.
