- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shout out to SCS Credit Corp for having the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encounter. The account manager NICOLE and other people will talk to like you are nothing, and when you get rude back you're the bad guy. I have only had this truck 5 months, apparently asking questions on charges on your account and verbal agreements, is a bad thing as though your money that you make isn't important to know what it is going towards. Don't even think about asking to speak to a manager because they will disrespect you too. I now see why just about every review on them is bad. They don't want you to interrupt them when they are talking, but they will surely cut you off to make their point. When asked how this would be handled in the future I was told they can't speak about the future, and that I was asking for trouble. Well unfortunately I don't want to keep having the same conversation with different people every two weeks. If it is said that notation was made on my account then why do I still receive phone calls about the same issue?? If I could give zero stars I would, and I am DEFINITELY looking for a way out of this loan. For a truck that already had 192,000 it's not worth the disrespect period. Look like including this on my bankruptcy will have to happen. Don't finance anything from them. You will not be valued as a customer. WORST EVER! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ok, so I got a car loan through this dare I say company. Ran into some money problems and they repoed my car. Two weeks later I was able to catch up and get my car back. Played phone tag with the agents and received calls at all hours of the night. I did that for two years and was not able to get my car back. Instant Auto sold my car and then went quiet for five years. This year while working on my credit and this also being the year the loan would drop off my credit they reopen the case and garnish my wages for the full amount of the car.
