- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My grandson was arrested last night. I called today to ask several questions about visiting hours, commissary, whether he could receive books, etc. The phone was answered on the third ring. I was asked to hold. Someone answered in less than a minute. Each question was answered thoroughly and with respect. The officer took the time to tell me to have a good day. He sounded very tired and yet he was courteous. I appreciate being treated with respect at a difficult time.By Diane Miller, June 19, 2017
