- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You don't even deserve one star. To the customer service rep who spoke to my mother, who has stage 3 cancer, how dare you hang up on her. She is in pain, pain you can't even imagine, she's tired of doors being slammed in her face, doors that are supposed to help people like her. Yes, she's frustrated, exhausted, beyond exhausted, and scared and you should know better than to treat someone in her situation like that. Senator Donnelly's office is continuing to look into this so if you value your job at all, think twice about how you treat people. Not everyone is out for a paycheck while doing nothing, some people actually do have legitimate needs for assistance. Hopefully my mother doesn't end up losing her house, that's the last thing she needs to worry about. Her main focus should be her cancer treatment, treatment she can't afford, instead of dealing with inconsiderate people who act like they have better things to do than help an woman who's upset and terrified.
